The Frequency bar can be dragged left or right with the left mouse button to slide the display window.

Dragging beyond the window edge continues to slide the display at a speed proportional to the distance away from the edge. The picture also shows how the bar position is adjustable by left click and drag of the up down symbol at the extreme left.
